These Terms of Service govern access to and use of alphachristianart.com and its content, features and customer services. The store is operated by CONCAS CORPORATE CO., LTD., trading as Alpha Christian Art. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the store, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

2. Store information

We aim to present products, availability, colors, textures, proportions and prices accurately. Screens, explanatory images and room mockups are illustrative and can differ from the physical result. The product configurator and checkout summary identify the configuration you select.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or legal rights.

4. Permitted use

You may use the store only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest content or personal information without authorization; impersonate another person; commit fraud; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use the store in violation of law.

5. Intellectual property

The store's design, copy, branding, original graphics, software presentation and compilations are owned by or licensed to us. Artworks and third-party materials may have separate rights holders. Access to the store does not transfer any intellectual-property rights.

6. Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify and may connect to payment, production, delivery, customer-support and other third-party services. Their own terms may apply when you use them. Links to independent sites do not imply control or endorsement.

7. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the store. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product liability, or any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the store or these terms prospectively for legal, security or operational reasons. The revision date appears above. We may restrict access for a material breach, without affecting rights relating to an existing order.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the store operator, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction remain available. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
